It took a little doing but I got my first PFD!!!
It was for Stellar recovery for a dish network account that I did not even know had a outstanding balence. I worked it out over the phone before I knew I should get everything in writing.
I called Stellar several times asking for the removal and proof of payment. They said they had sent everything. They told me that I may have to just dispute the item.
I did yesterday and it came off today.
I have a long way to go. Cleaning up from a bad divorce, but I making progress.
I sent out a GW and PFD on two of the other items I am trying to get clean up. Thanks you everyone for all the great info on this site.
