SOL doesn't matter...if they have a judgement they already sued you. SOL only limits the amount of time you have to initiate the suit...it gets to report for much longer.
PFD a settlement? Most places wouldn't allow you to vacate a Judgement...they already have you on the hook for the money.... You can always try but they have lots of other ways to go after your $....
