Well if both are reporting a balance, then you need to contact the OC to see if they still truly own the account.  If they do, then try to negotiate payment or a payment plan in exchange for pulling the account back from the CA.  If the CA does own the account, then you'll have to deal with them, and can only attempt GW with the OC.

How do you PFD when the OC and CA are reporting the account separately? That would really suck if you PFD'ed and only one trade line was removed and the other remained.

You contact the OC to find out if they own the account.  Then you request that they pull back the CA and delete their own TL in exchange for payment, and get that in writing.
