PFD to CA

I want to know how much should I offer for a CA in a PFD offer for accounts that is outside the SOL , what are the chances of them accepting it.

Re: PFD to CA

Depends on how old the debt is and how much.  20 - 25% is where I would start.

Re: PFD to CA

I would start somewhere that if they decline you can still offer a bit more and be able to pay it.  Give yourself some wiggle room for negotitations.

Re: PFD to CA

I would contact the original creditor, not the CA.
