PFD unresponsive

I need some advice what are the next steps when you send a Pfd and you don't receive a response ... I mailed it, faxed. It... Do I call next? If the ca doesn't accept the Pfd do I just the debt and then start sending out GW letters? Any advice would help....

What I would do (before paying the CA) is try to contact the Original Creditor (OC) and try to work it out with them first, specially if you plan on paying your debt.
