I have a medical collections that is valid-I have already verified with the OC what it was (dental biopsy for my son) and the OC says it is with the credit agency and I will need to speak to them. I have located the CA info and found they have an email address. It is a bad idea to send a PFD request via email? It seems it would be quicker than sending via reg mail.
I don't think it would hurt to offer a PFD via e~mail. If they accept, then advise them you are sending a snail mail letter to them for return and confirmation.....
