PIF CO to PRA still shows L8

So I paid a couple of charge offs in full (Amazon/SYNCB and Paypal SmartConnect) to our friends at Portfolio Recovery back in Sept 2016.  All CRAs report Paid with $0 balance but Payment Status according to all three of them still say "Late".

Is this right?  Or should I contact PRA?  Is the "Late" notation depressing my scores at all?

Payment status is a separate code that stores the prior delinquency status at the time the debt was paid, and the current status became paid.

It is only for purposes of manual review, and does not affect scoring.
