I filed a dispute with EX over an HSBC account that CO in 2008. When they entered the dispute they also decided to dispute a PRA account associated with the HSBC account, which I didn't request (HSBC OC then sold to PRA). Well I just got an email that my results were in and it shows PRA Deleted and HSBC was updated to "Paid Never Late" and that account now shows in my "Accounts in Good Standing" area!!! Whoo Hoo, Thanks so much to everyone here on this board. Even when it seems impossible, it really isn't! 
I had filed a complaint with the Attorney General of CA against PRA last month and PRA sent me a letter of "Validation", so I was shocked to see them delete the TL from EX today. I have 1 more PRA and I think I will be filing a complaint with CFPB because PRA shows that I've been making payments for the last year which is not true.
I received a letter from PRA today and it says that they "Concluded it's investigation of the dispute and is closing the account. PRA filed a Universal Data Form electronically requesting that the three major credit reporting agencies delete PRA's trade line for the account on the credit reports"!!! SCORE, and considering I didn't actually launch the investigation with the CRA's, I'm very Thankful!!! Now to get them to delete the 2nd TL I have with them
