PRE HIPAA MEDICAL DISPUTE LETTER TO CRA

I'm going to follow the HIPPA process for removing medical collections on my credit report. The collections are a few months old.

Should i send a pre-hippaa letter to CRA even if i know that the medical collections on my credit report are mine or should i just skip this step?

I have four medical collections i need off my credit report.

The HIPAA letter process always begins with the pre-HIPAA dispute letter. Write it as it is. Good luck!
