PREMIER BANK CARD AND ARROW FINANCIAL.

Pemier financial sold account to Arrow financial...both are reporting on by credit report, which they can do base on what I have read on this board.  In received a letter from Northland group another collection agency who is now collecting on behalf of Arrow.   Is Arrow Financial suppose to remove themselves from ny credit report...

Yes they are suppose to delete but they never do.

Mail a DV to both reporting  CMRRR.  Also mail one to the CA that sent you a letter.

Is the OC reporting?  If so what are they reporting?

What is the DOFD/DOLA and your SOL?

Thank you,  I am still new trying to understand so many terms....

Both Premier and arrow is reporting.   Premier is reporting as charge off with last activity June 2005 with a  zero balance. and arrow  is showing assigned date as sept. 2007. I have letters to go to both the collection agencies.

Should I also send one to Premier.???
