Hi all my partner is. Wanting to rebuild his credit but has an old public record. I don't know where to start with PR , any help is greatly appreciated

    What sort of public record is it? Lien, forclosure, bankruptcy? If you can provide more detail then maybe someone here can provide advice.

Chapter 7 BK stays on for 10 yrs, Chapter 13 is 7 yrs, Forclosure is 7 yrs, Lien is 7 Yrs from date paid.
