Paid Collection

Hey Everyone,

I purchased my 3B report recently & noticed that I have 2 Paid Collections/Charge Off from 2 mail order catalogs.

1)

Monroe & Main

Last Activity June 2013

Status:  Payment after charge off /collection

Balance $0

2)

Seventh Ave

Last Activity  June 2013

Status: Payment after charge off/collection

Balance $0

Any suggestions on getting these removed?

So I called the both companies and both said they are unable to remove, but to dispute the accounts with the CRA.

Does that sound right? On what grounds do I have a dispute?

If they are reporting correctly then a dispute is not warranted you dont dispute accurate info. I would advise GW letter campaign to the Exec Office of the entities reporting. Here is the GW Letter thread:
