Paid Judgement Status - Need help!

I have a judgement on my report from 09 that was paid but was reporting unpaid on TU and EQ. Since I thought I was cleaning up my credit i disputed the status with Equifax and TU. Guess what? The status was updated by EQ today and my score dropped 19 points. SMH.  What did I do wrong? Does it go back up? Should I have left it alone?

I actually called the courts today where the judgement was filed and I realized that indeed the judgement was not paid. they were actually dismissed. Today my wife went to the courts and recieved 6 letters of the Stipulation of dismissal.   So I never paid that judgement as i thought I did. they were actually dismissed.

At this point do I send those letters to TU and EQ to have the judgements removed.
