Paid Medical Bill To CA: NCO

I paid a NCO CA for a medical bill about 7yrs ago.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this if I didn't pay the OC?

With a DoFD of 10/2005 it should have been removed NLT May 1, 2013.

I would contact the CRAs and tell them it is obsolete and to delete it.
