What can I do to get them to stop reporting as 120 days late??

CA can not report payment history...you weren't on a payment plan with them,  looks like you settled a debt.  I did a direct dispute with Portfolio when they were reporting payment history and after sending it a few times they finally deleted the account from my CR. Maybe you could TRY that with Midland. They can be a REAL hassle though.

THanks! What do you mean by direct dispute?  CMRR?  THey haven't responded to any of my emails.  Dispute with CRA?

Direct Dispute is directly with the CA, they are required to investigate as why they are listing a 120 day late which they can not list. They have 30 days to complete their investigation. They need to remove the 120 day late or if they wish on their part to delete the TL. But they have to respond directly back to you. Here is the link.
