showing as 60 days late...which it was when we sold the house. Is this correct? How can it be 60 days when there is a zero balance? It's been 12 months ago, so nothing to worry about?

I think maybe part of your post got cut off? you were late when the house sold? Is it posting 60 day lates in the monthly review or in the account status?

Yes we were 60 days when the house FINALLY sold. It's showing as 60 Days Late on the Status. The last date monthly is Dec. 2011
