Paid collections with ARS

Anyone who may have settled a debt with ARS, but haven't had luck with PFD.  They went back and PFD'd 2 bills that I paid a year ago, based upon an agreement to vacate the settlement, and pay the remainder.  They are in an understanding mood for some reason.  They submitted for deletion on Thursday, for me, and it has already been removed by Experian, and 1 has been removed from Equifax!  Just waiting on TransUnion.

This was important because my LO said this was the last hurdle towards my Pre-Approval.

Congratulations! The mortgage process is a frustrating emotionally challenging one, but this is a fantastic victory. You should have a drink!
