So my judgement for 2899 for a hospital bill got updated to paid on all three reports. My FICO score didn't budge though how long does it take for anything positive to show on your score? Or does it not really matter, paid or unpaid, it still downs your score?

AFAIK paid judgments don't really effect your score, it looks good during a manual review of your reports if you are trying for a recon.  Now that you have your judgment paid, you can ask the attorney for the creditor to vacate the judgment.  You'll most likely have to offer to pay the filing fee, once the judgment has been removed then you should see some positive.  If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.  Good luck in your rebuilding.
