Paid off/Closed DMP

I finished up a DMP that had 2 closed accounts with balances.  These both are now at $0 and thus obviously no longer on a DMP.  Can I expect my score to rebound in any way other than utilization?  Everything else on my report is in good standing with 1 reminaing paid collection (CA REFUSES to delete).

Not sure if the DMP comment being removed will result in a score bump or not.  I think it could.
