Long story short got stuck out of work years ago for roughly 2 years. Of course that causes some major grief with creditors obviously.
Paid Palisades several years back and the OC FDOD should of been end of last year roughly however it seems Palisades is fudging the numbers on the FDOD as they re-aged to 10/2007 which means falling off later this year.
I have CRA reports showing the FDOD and estimated fall off dates - none jive/match across all 3 bureaus. Am I correctly presuming the fact of this being so far off and them re-aging the FDOD should be enough proof for an FCRA suit?
I obviously understand most here are not legal consult but from reading there is a wealth of knowledge here so I'm asking all the same for opinions. (I do already have a free consumer attorney consult scheduled for later this week).
