Has anyone written Palisades Collections a goodwill letter? Do they ever remove information?

Sent a DV letter and it disappeared from all CRA in just a few days.

I suggest you dispute with any CRA reporting the TL. Paid or not....I would dispute as not mine. They seem to enjoy NOT responding to the CRAs. I had 3 accounts removed from TU and 2 from EQ and EX this way.

I disputed online.  They verified and updated my CRA's.  I disputed again.  It's out of SOL and according to Experian will ony continue to report until Jan 2009, so I after reading the few posts here, I figured I didn't have a lot to lose by trying again.
