Pay In Full

Hey guys and gals,

 

I have a question.  I faxed over a proposal to my last collection yesterday stating if they would agree to the deletion of this account to all three agencies.  I got a fax back stating they would agree if i made payment by the end of the month.   I just made the payment in full.   NOW, my question is should I wait till the collection agency removes it (if they do) or should I send the letter they faxed me as agreeing to the deletion and my receipt as proof to TU and EXP?

Give the collection agency about a month for this to happen. It may take this long because of method used to report the payment
