I have a debt for $30 from an eye doctor dating back to 2014. The debt is in collections with Credit Collection USA out of WV. I spoke with the actual debater and debt collector offering each a pay for delete, $30 isn't anything, but both have declined saying they will not remove the negative trade line even if I pay the $30. However they each want to explain how much better it will appear on my report as being paid off.
How how should I attack this matter ?
