Pay for Delete Response - Good Enough??

Sent out a bunch of PFD letters for old medical bills.

Got responses for a few today.  The important part reads:

"Normally when an account is paid, the credit disclosure is updated as paid.  However as a courtesy we will request the item be deleted from your credit disclosure upon receipt..."

It is on proper letterehead and includes the name of the accout representative, but no signature.

Is this good enough, or do I press them for more?

Thank you.

Something that I've wondering about this. What if they don't do it after the account is paid?

Had that before. Called to dispute with front line rep. He asked for name and everything, dates they said they would delete, hiw paid, etc. though they updated to paid, it is scheduled to fall off on another that was meant to be deleted,
Signature needs updating
