I paid interest/fee on a cell phone debt that went to collections. I didn't question it because they agreed to PFD & that was more important to me.

Paying interest isn't the issue for me either. The issue is, they didn't mentioned it on the phone vs the letter in the mail. I don't want them calling me, telling me that they'd forgot.
