Payment History Remarks

My wife has an auto loan with Ally that was opened in Feb 2014. Never been late and currently way ahead on payments.

On the transunion report it shows payment history all good and all numbers appear to be correct. In the remarks section from May-Oct 2014 it shows AID/CTS.

Do not have detailed reports on The other 2 but see no reason why they are not the same.

We have no idea why this is showing this way. We have not done anything that would resemble a dispute. The only that I can think of is she had a name and address change that we were a little slow to communicate with them.

We have contacted Ally by email for an explanation but have yet to hear back.

Is this hurting her credit?

Should this be hard to remove and is worth the trouble to have it removed?

Re: Payment History Remarks

Remarks are for humans. They'll only be evaluated upon manual review.

Interestingly enough, a Google search of "AID/CTS" credit report remark only brings up this topic.
