I entered into a payment plan in Oct 2010 with BoA after the account was closed and as an effort to keep it from being charged off. My monthly amount is $70, and I've paid that monthly and on time.. but I am still being reported as none payment. Is this because I have a past due amount. This is whats being reported

Can i dispute this with the CRA, showing that my monthly payment is $70 and that the $70 is being made (evidence being bank statements and/or credit card statements)? Has anyone ever done this before? Had any luck? Thanks for all of your help~
