Will it hurt my score? Why is it that it is showing a up as a late on my account?

Without knowing any additional details, my guess would be that it will show up late because you're not paying the normal amount you should be paying. Rather, you're paying an amount you can afford, but you're technically late paying the amount you normally owe..?

What should i do? My score dropped from 646 to 584 because of this report.

Can you give more details?

Did you make arrangements to make a partial payment and now they are reporting past due?
