Has anyone had any experience with them? Judgement was filed againt him... he has a Wells Farbo business card that he signed on w/ his partner and he believes he paid... what is the best way to handle this? 

I'm okay with paying it if they settle as long as it's deleted off the credit report. Any feedback/assistance and direction will would be great apprecited.

A judgment is awarded by a court after a trial on the merits.

Did he receive notificstion of the civil suit, and thus was aware of the trial?

Did he then receive a copy of the judgment from the court if one was rendered?

He might contact the office of the clerk of the court having jurisdiction over such actions and investigate whether a civil action was actually filed or a judgment was actually rendered by the court.  He needs that info before proceeding.
