I was able to get a lot of old addresses off of my credit reports.
Today I got an alert on my TU Quarterly Monitoring that there was new personal info on my report.
I logged in and my cell phone number is now on there.
I haven't app'd for any new credit so I'm not sure why it's NOW reporting on there?
It IS accurate info but I really don't want it on there.
Do I have options?

An existing creditor more than likely updated something and the phone number was on the update.
I'm not sure if it can be removed if a current creditor reports it. You could contact TU and ask them.

Thanks, I will see if they will tell me where they got the info from :-)

I just succeeded in having several of my telephone numbers removed from my credit reports with Transunion.
I am going to check EX and EQ this week.
I don't want my cell number on my Credit reports. No thanks! ![]()

I didn't either. That's why I stopped using it when applying for things.
I have gotten old numbers removed but not a current one.
