Yea

Don't hold your breath. DV them first before you pay. Good luck.

Re: Pfd with portfolio recovery?

I had a random deletion happen with them by emailing an executive a PFD. Good luck otherwise.

Re: Pfd with portfolio recovery?

That should be only considered after you've tried every other avenue. Once they have the money, you have no "leverage". You do still have the leverage of having paid them, but they don't care once they have the money. As Shogun says, it only takes 1 yes out of 100 no's so it's worth a shot regardless. Some people have been sucessful with the practice of sending a payment with the stipulation that if you accept the funds then you accept the terms of a deletion. It's also worth a shot as a last resort if you were going to pay them anyway.
