I'm looking for advice on paying Pinnacle for a account from Verizon. I've been searching for a couple weeks now on how to deal with Pinnacle and haven't read any positive stories about doing so.
I haven't read anyone being able to get Pinnacle to agree for a traditional PFD but was wondering if I should try a PFD of the +120 day's late indicator instead? They are reporting every month and I would like to get this paid if possible. I really was never late with Pinnacle but they are listed as a 'factoring company' and put a +120 late payment ding on all my report's when they took the account from Verizon.
Any advice?
Thank in advance!
They are a CA and cannot report late payments. If you are looking at a 3rd party report it is possible it was formatted using information from the OC.
Even as a factoring company, they are still a CA and don't have the ability to report lates.
They are a CA but they have listed the account as 120+ day's late on all three report's. I just received my three free within the last month and it is on all of them plus it shows on the myFICO report.
Pinnacle | 3/2011 | $665 | 120+ days past due | Details | ||
Aaronrents | XXXXX3220 | 12/2008 | $0 | Pays account as agreed | No | Details |
Mainstfin | 11/2011 | $0 | Pays account as agreed | No | Details |
Here is my EX report that I received in June via the Web ( free annual), they hadn't reported yet for the month of June but It has been reported for June and July 2013 now. I have account's on myFiCO, EX and TU currently. MyFICO couldn't pull up my report's on their site so I signed up for EX and TU so I could get the number they have for me. I probably won't keep all three account's open but I wanted to know where I stood with each of them as well.

That is a 3rd party report, and it looks like they are just reporting the last status from the OC which is perfectly OK. It's when they are posting monthly derogs that is a big "NoNO".
I'm getting a broken link on the annual posting.
I have dings starting in July 2010 every month on my EX report. I scanned and uploaded the report to Flickr. I could show you but I'm having problems with the 'insert/edit image' function.
I have the URl and dimensions plus set alignment to middle. What do I put for Border, Vertical space and Horizontal space? I would like you to see the report for yourselves.
Shoot, can't figure out how to share image. Help...LOL
Got it, just used insert link instead...
OK... they can report like that. It's just listing as a CA every month.
Should I try a PFD just to remove the +120 days late? I don't think they will budge for a traditional PFD, haven't read anywhere that they will. I have only seen that they won't on more than just this forum.
