Pinnacle collections NO PFD or Early Delete!

After 3 months of attempts with letters to the CEO and COO after paying 66$ verizon bill nothing. The COO did email me and let me know they will not do early deletions no matter if the account is paid or not. oh well

Continue 1 letter a month till you get what you are after, it could take years so be prepared to be in it for the long haul. Good luck

GW efforts often take time and luck.   I agree with the suggestion of a monthly letter.
