I did a search and found a couple of suits where Calvary is the CA and the other mentioned CA is also on the suit.  I believe one owns the other.

Have you been served???? Of course a collection agency will tell you that you are being sued to get you to pay with them right on the spot. If you have not been served -- YOU ARE NOT BEING SUED. Tell that collection agency to kiss-off!

Oh okay...yeah i think they are one and the same somehow then? Can't believe this is happening though!  I plan to  just Dv them and wait for a summons.  Hopefully I can find some proof somehow between now and whenever I have to go to court. I haven't been served..yet. But I called the courthouse and there is a lawsuit on file. The clerk said that there was no summons address yet but the suit was filed in May...She said that the CA will have to contact the courthouse and then I will get a summons (which I will have to anwer). My plan is to be honest in the anwer, tell them I paid it with a settlement back in 2010 and have no proof.  Should I dispute the amount? or the account? Any help is appreciated.
