Please help me get on the right track!

My credit is a mess and I WILL get back to the 700 club someway, somehow Smiley Happy

The good, the bad, and the ugly:

All cc's opened in the last 2 months:
*Citibank Secured $500 Balance 0
*Credit One CL $300 Balance 0
*Cap1 CL $300 Balanace 0 (denied Plantinum)
*Victoria's Secret CL $150 Balance $150

Baddies: (All charged off 2013)
*Cavalry/HSBC $768
*Jefferson/Verizon $1178
*AFNI/ATT $268
*IC Systems/One Pacific Coast loan $1070
Portfolio/Cap1 $1161
*Dept of Ed $6256 defaulted on rehab. Acct in collections.
*CashCall CO $0 balance

Actions taken since January:
*Hired Lexington Law 1/30/16 to help me get a jump start. Dept of Ed collection accts removed, OC remains showing 120 late payments. AFNI removed from EQ but still showing on EX and TU. Everything else disputed. Canceled LL March 30th.
*PAID WF CO $389. WF deleted from EQ, reporting 0 on TU and EX.
*Auto Loan with Honda paid. Acct closed but showing 30 day lates from 18-24 months ago.
*Email sent to AFNI 4/20/16. Acct was discharged Dec 2010. Request DOFD. Waiting on response.
*BBB complaint filed on Cavalry. I called them on 4/25/16 and they said they had no info on my acct only the balance. They refused to give me any acct info only directed me to TCI for payment. Complaint filed requesting all trade lines deleted. How can they report on my credit but have no info or help me resolve this acct? Received confirmation of complaint this morning. I waiting on response.

Hard Inquries:
4-5 across all credit reports. Half almost 2 years old.

Credit Scores:
EX 541
EQ 558
TU 601

*sigh*
Where do I go from here? I don't plan on applying for anymore credit and just garden those cards.
I'd like to apply for a mortgage next year.

TIA

I would start working on a PFD campaign as you can afford it. Work with the CAs or OCs where you can and ask for a delete in return for PIF on the old debt.

Re: Please help me get on the right track!

Thank you for your comment.

Just got off the phone with Pottfolio and AFNI. No success. Both stated they do not PFD due to their agreement with the CRA's. Found out AFNI has a DOFD of 2011 so I may just wait them out :/
I called the OC on the IC Systems account. They said they will call me back once I told them I was interesting in PIF.

Bump?

Woke up to an email from AFNI that they will investigate my dispute and a HP from Microbilt. Great.

IC Systems will do PFD.  I just did one with them a couple of months ago.  They deleted fairly quickly too.

I also had similar success with IC Systems on PFD.

Re: Please help me get on the right track!

My experiences with the above.

Calvary stopped reporting on their own
Jefferson systems stopped reporting after payment
IC systems deleted themselves.

Get rid of Lexington law. With your creditors/collectors you don't need them as they are actually pretty simple to deal with

Starting TU: 536
Starting EQ: 573
Goal: 640
