Please help with Capitol One??????

So before I understood credit and how it really affects my life I make some mistakes on my Orchard Bank Card now Capitol One.  So Capitol One is reporting several lates: 

 

 Is there anyway to get any of these lates removed? Any GW letter that could justify this. Truth is that I didn't have a job from 2011 to 2013.

The most effective GW letter, in my opinion, is one that explains both why prior lates occured, and shows that whatever caused them has been overcome, thus making recourrence unlikely.  If the problem is not fized, excusing the problem might be tough.

With multiple past chains of repeated delinquency and still being without employment, it may be tough to convince them that recurrernce is unlikely......
