Poor Fico need building help

Starting the rebuild, totally a novice. I have 4 public records and collections. Currently have 2 secured cards 750/500 Cap0ne and USBank. I have 2 store cards low limits. TU 591 EX 593 EQ 599. Where do I go from here, if anywhere? Thanks in advance for suggestions and input.
