PRA is reporting mine as a trade line and showing it as past due? This isn't the correct way to report is it? I sent them an email requesting that it be removed since it was reported incorrectly and they promptly told me that it was being reported correctly. How should I proceed from here? Any help would be most appreciated.

They absolute cannot report as a TL that is past due. You could always file a complaint with the CFPB. Have you already disputed through the CRAs?

Yes......all they said is that they report what is sent to them

@baller, they deleted mine from TU and EX, waiting for EQ. Now I'm down to 2 C/O, 3 paid collections. So, I will keep GW just in case.
