I'm new and I'm in the process of fixing my credit. Can someone provide me guidance to contact  Portfolio Recovery  and tell me what would be the 1st step to send (PFD, DV, or GW letters)? All PM are welcome! thank you!

Save yourself the time on the PFD. It won't happen. If the debt is yours pay it and start GW'ing. That's the ONLY chance you will have.
