Portfolio Recovery Contact?

Does anyone have an updated contact email or fax number (not just the general email or fax) for PRA? I have an account that I paid about 4 years ago in full. I am trying to send them GW letters and they're just not responding and they continue to verify the debt.

Any suggestions?
