Portfolio Recovery Removed, Midland, and First Premier

They are already in a charge off status so it won't restart the clock.  What some worry about is the last reporting date by a collection agency and paying it off and then having a recent reporting date.  I'm pretty sure it is Midland that deletes if the account is over 2 years old...definitely research that.

You do not know how happy I was to read your reply. LOL! So restarting the clock is not a problem. However, I do wonder about them going after my bank accounts...
