Positive OPEN account drop out of credit report

I had an old Macy card that I've lost but never reported to Macy. Even though I haven't used it for a long while (9+ years), I never received letter saying it is closed, and on my credit report it used to show as open. But in recent credit reports it is gone.

How do I get it back?

Call Macy's and see what you can learn. Do you want this account to use? Maybe it hit the 10 years and fell off.
