Preparing first GW Letter

Good morning all!

I am preparing my first goodwill letter to send to my mortgage company to get 3 baddies removed. Jul/13 30 days, Jan/14 30 days and Feb/14 30 days, I've been with them since May 2012 and those are the only lates I have. I am hoping they will be kind enough to remove them. My question is here is the executive team that I found on the site....who should I send the letter to?
