Printing Credit Report

I'm new to these boards so I apologize if the answer is there and I haven't found it. I pulled my free annual CR and tried to print it, but my computer froze and I lost everything. I thought you were able to access your report up to 30 days, but I think I was wrong. I went back to the website to try to get my report again, but couldn't. Is there anyway to get my report again with out paying? I tried calling the number, but just a recording saying I already access my report.
