Problem with Arrow Financial

So a few weeks back, I saw that these guys did a hard pull on my credit report. I immediatly filed a complaint with the BBB. Arrow responded right away and said they wish to only discuss this with me, not the BBB. I responded to their response. Today I get an additional email from the BBB stating that they will not talk to me if I had an attorney. Here it is one month later and I have had no contact with them or what business they have with me. Any suggestions?

They should have sent a dunning letter. I personally would lay low until I knew what debt they were trying to collect, just in case it was within SOL (probably isn't with Arrow as they are JDBs).
