Problem with Cap1/Damark International Inc

Hey, on my equifax it is showing as a charge off, they were included in my Ch 7 last year.. anyone else have problems with them? any way to resolve this? I disputed online twice no luck.. it was once hsbc but i guess the debt was bought and they verify it when i dispute but no number or address works to get them to change my file on my credit report.

Account activity that occured prior to discharge of a debt, be the discharge as a result of payment or BK, can remain.

I dont see basis for dispute of the accuracy of their taking of the CO prior to BK.

if it changes from charge off to righfully, "included in bankruptcy" my credit score goes up quite a bit.
