Hello all! I'm sure some might recognize my WaMu/Providian pains from the past. In a nutshell: I had a Providian account - bought a computer with it - lost my job - stopped paying my card - went to collections - Arrow Financial filed suit - I paid to avoid suit in 1/08 - account closed - Arrow deleted account after GW 8/08.
Here are my current status as reported by WaMu/Providian. So my question is since each one is reported differently and two of them aren't even reporting my account and closed, where do I send my letters? Are there any suggestions of what to say? Is this now a Chase issue?
Thanks!

Oh so then is it better to leave it on there as is until next year and then tell then to delete as a paid collection? That will be the 5 year mark from DOFD. Or am I misinterpeting that rule? I am in NY.
It's weird because I paid this off with Arrow, who responded to my letter with a deletion because they were reporting incorrectly. So as far as my credit report appears, this card is past due with no collections on it. Grrrr!
Thanks for the help!!!
