this is a charge off from a car i had that got totaled they sent me 1099c in 2009 for the $1197 can they still report this and it reports different on all 3 CR's can anyone tell me if everything below is ok one says closed the other says open both have different date of last payment one has payment history the other one dosent

Have you claimed the unpaid debt as income in any prior tax year, or formally had the debt reported in the 1099c declared as non-taxable by the IRS?
You have the age-old issue of whether a 1099c totally cancels the debt, and thus requires update of the account balance to $0.
