Question Regarding Reopening of Accounts

Hello All,

I have a Chase Slate account that was closed in March with a CL of 1500 that is now down to 800 (set to be down to 600 in a week). The account was closed by credit grantor but not a CO. I was wondering what the odds are of them reopening this account for me if I ask? I've been reading about other who have this kind of suiccess with Chase.

Nope, on time payments since 11/2013. Before that I had one 60D/ one 30D lates.
