DH and I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2005. The accounts included are listed on each of the three bureaus with different removal dates. For instance, TransUnion stated an account would be removed 10/2012 while the exact same account appears on Experian stating the account will not be removed until 2/2013?
All in all I have 2 questions here: First, why is there such a difference in the estimated removal date between the bureaus?
Secondly, in this case are the accounts removed completely from our credit files or do they go into a positive status?
